  Just wanted to say a big thank you to Gordon Cavanagh for helping us to find the car we wanted. Gordon managed to find us the car with the spec and colour that we wanted within a very short space of time. He was able to answer all of our questions and took into account all of our personal needs when helping us to find the right car. My husband and I found that his manner was very calm and he was keen to help. Our order was delayed slightly due to a technical issue (which wasn't Gordon's fault as it was more of a manufacturing issue) however, we did appreciate that these things happen from time to time and Gordon did everything he could to smooth things over and keep us happy (the regular updates we received from Gordon helped too). We were offered a courtesy car (among other things) so we were sorted for a few days. We now have the new car and love it! Thanks, Amanda and Chris

  I was most impressed with Inchcape Volkswagon yesterday. They arrived to pick my car up bang on time and called to advise of when it would be returned. It was only a small job but their pick up and delivery service saved my valuable time. Chris the agent who picked up and returned my car was very polite.

  Amazing Customer Service from Ben in service, he kept us up to date with everything and was more than helpful, exactly what you want for an employee who is representing VW Altrincham, Quite often people are to lazy to put pen to paper or indeed send an email if they come across excellent customer service, but not in this case, he is a credit to your company and if I was hiring, I would not have any hesitation in offering Ben a job, so keep doing what you are doing Ben and don't change a thing
